How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to pack orders the same day they are made, but during our busy periods this may not be possible. Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of the order being made (excluding items that are listed as “presale”). Once packaged and sent, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been dispatched. All standard shipping options are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, so once you are notified that your order has been sent, hopefully it will arrive within 48 hours.
What are your shipping options for UK orders?
We’re based in the UK and offer a 2nd class Tracked shipping rate as standard via Royal Mail.

What about international orders?
We ship worldwide! You can select your country at checkout where you can see our international shipping rates. All orders sent outside the UK are sent via DPD Tracked service to make sure it gets to you safely! You will receive all the shipping information via email when you receive your Dispatch email.
Will I have to pay international customs tax/charges?
Unfortunately International customs tax/charges are not within our control so you may be required to pay this depending on your location. You should contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding this. Please be aware that the prices displayed on our website do not include any additional fees that may be added when your order arrives into your country. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the delivery journey.
What if I need to change the delivery address on my order.
If you need to change the delivery address prior to your order being shipped, please contact us straight away by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, if you have already received a dispatch email telling you that your order is on its way there is nothing we can do. You may be able to contact the delivery service directly with your tracking number to liaise with them regarding a change of address but please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered items if this is the case.
Shipping prices listed on our website do not include customer returns from both UK or International locations. You are responsible for the postal fee of sending item(s) back to us for a return or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, we cover the shipping fee back to you.
