RETURNS & EXCHANGES
FULL PRICE ITEMS:
We hope you love your pieces from Another Version, but if something isn’t quite right, we want to know!
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items that meet our eligibility requirements below:
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- A return/exchange must be sent back to our warehouse within 28 days of delivery
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must be in a sell-able condition free from marks/stains.
Unfortunately returns will not be accepted and sent back to you if the above requirements are not met.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returns & we advise sending back to us using a tracked service. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please note your return will not be processed if it is not received back to our warehouse for any reason. We are able to issue store credit for lost packages, but only if proof of postage is provided.
We do not currently offer free returns but this is something we are hoping to offer very soon.
We have included a returns slip with your items so all you have to do is fill it out and pop it inside your return. Packages returned without this may cause a significant delay in the return process. Our returns address is also included, so just stick that on the front of your package and send it back to us with the carrier of your choice.
How soon will I get my refund? Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be refunded within 2-5 days (if it has been approved). Returns are credited to the original payment method.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS/FINAL SALE:
Please check whether the item you are looking to purchase is marked "final sale" in the product description before you buy, as these items are not eligible for a refund/exchange or store credit.
CANCELLATIONS
Please note we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been made.
The item I received is damaged! If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 2 days of delivery at help@anotherversion.co.uk
