Return & Exchanges
We hope you love your pieces from Another Version, but if something isn’t quite right, let us know! We want it to be exactly right for you.
If your purchase wasn’t suitable, a return or exchange is easy.
Need an exchange?
No problem. If you need a different size or would like to swap your item for something completely different, just let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number, the name of the item you wish to exchange and the item name you would like to swap it with. Our customer service will guide you through the next steps.
You want a refund.
That’s fine too, but please note that returns are not free, so you will be responsible for the postal fee. Before sending, make sure that your item(s) meet our eligibility requirements below: Unfortunately returns will not be accepted if the requirements are not met:
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging and not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Items must have all tags attached & untouched.
How do I return an item?
- Email us at email@example.com to let us know you intend to send it back. You have 14 days from the date of delivery, otherwise you’ll have the option of store credit or an exchange. Please include your name & order number so we can locate your order!
- Send the unworn item back to us in its original packaging and in a secure/sealed shipping envelope. Don't forget to include a copy of your original dispatch note (if you don't have this, just write your name, order number and email address on a piece of paper and pop it inside!) - Take it to the post office with a clear shipping label on the front and make sure you take note of the tracking number so you can make sure it gets to us safely! We know its a bit more expensive to post back to us this way, but we cannot take responsibility for items that do not make it back to us without a Tracked/Signed for label.
- Once we have received the item(s) back, we’ll let you know within 48 and proceed with the refund process! Refunds may take upto 10 working days to appear in your account.
