RETURNS & EXCHANGES
EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD - We have extended our returns & exchange policy during the holiday and gifting season for purchases made online and in store from 01 December 2021 to 31 January 2022.
FULL PRICE ITEMS:
We hope you love your pieces from Another Version, but if something isn’t quite right, we want to know!
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items that meet our eligibility requirements below:
- Items must be sent back in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- A return/exchange must be made via our returns portal within 14 days of you receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to send your item(s) back to us.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must be in a sell-able condition free from marks/stains.
- All return requests must be made via our returns portal. Items that are returned to us without prior approval will be sent back to the customer.
Unfortunately returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met. Customers are responsible for the cost of returns & we advise sending back to us using a tracked service. We do not currently offer free returns but this is something we are hoping to offer very soon.
Please include your packing slip in your return. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process.

Fill in your order number (begins with AV at the top of your order confirmation) and your email address- make sure it's the same one you ordered with. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. Please note that returns are not free, so you will be responsible for the postal fee. We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us so we advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
How soon will I get my refund? Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email to let you know whether your request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. Returns are credited to the original payment method, unless received back into our warehouse more than 14 days after the delivery date. Returns received after 14 days are reimbursed via Another Version gift card, which will be sent to the email address linked to your order.

Sale items- items bought at a discounted price are only eligible for an exchange or for store credit.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS/FINAL SALE:
Please check whether the item you are looking to purchase is marked "final sale" in the product description before you buy, as these items are not eligible for a refund/exchange or store credit.
Please note we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been made.
