WHICH ITEMS WILL BE DISCOUNTED THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
Everything (excluding limited edition pieces) will have discount applied, some of which will be up to 75% off. Make sure you get what you want while it's there or you might miss out!
CAN I RETURN ITEMS THAT I BOUGHT IN THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
Yes, unless the item is marked as Final Sale.
Any items bought in Black Friday week (23.11.21 - 29.12.21) can be returned in line with our usual returns policy.
All returns must be registered through our returns portal, otherwise your item(s) will not be processed in our warehouse & will be returned to you. Visit our returns policy page for more info.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All usual shipping methods will be available at checkout, and we will aim to dispatch as many as we can same day, however due to the increase in sales during this busy time this may not always be possible. Please allow up to 10 working days for your Black Friday order to be shipped. Any items marked as pre-order will have a separate dispatch date stated in the product description so make sure to take a look before ordering.
Please also bear in mind that our shipping partners may also be experiencing a higher than normal volume of traffic during this time so services may not be as fast as usual.
*Make sure to check your junk mail for an email dispatch notification before getting in touch. They like to end up in there sometimes!
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to increased traffic on our website, orders placed over the Black Friday sale week cannot be amended, or cancelled.
CAN I USE DISCOUNT CODES WHEN CHECKING OUT?
Unfortunately not. All existing discount codes will be automatically disabled during our Black Friday Sale. If you have a gift card or store credit voucher from a return, then feel free to use that at checkout!
I'VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?
We'll try our best! Reach out to our customer service team with your AV order numbers and we will let you know what we can do.
I'VE PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, BUT ONLY ONE HAS ARRIVED?
Don't panic, we ship orders out in the order they are made (excluding pre-orders) so orders will be dispatched at different times unless confirmed otherwise.
I NEED SIZING HELP. I DON'T KNOW WHICH FIT IS BEST FOR ME!
Most of our product have a helpful size chart in the product description so take a look there before sending a message to see if that can help. If you're still unsure, reach out and a member of our team will be happy to assist you!
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO USE DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
All current payment methods which are available online will be available for use like normal over the course of the week. You can use Credit or debit card, Paypal, Klarna or Clearpay.
